Our ethics

We at Portcullis believe that in order to be successful and to protect our legacy we have a responsibility to give something back. That is why we seek to recruit our Agents from those who have been in long term unemployment. Above all else we look for the right attitude and a willingness to learn, in return we offer a comprehensive training package and a competitive salary but most of all we offer our staff a place to feel valued.

We also believe that we have a social responsibility in how we maintain buildings, after all a void premises is still part of a local community, with that in mind we take great care to minimise the impact that a building in transition has within its neighbourhood, we select materials for securing buildings which are both resilient and aesthetically right, as an example, utilising toughened perspex  instead of wooden boards attracts far less negative attention we find.
