Who we are

Portcullis was established in 2003 by its three current Directors; Chris Briscoe, Harry Smith and Jake Flanagan. Between them, they have over 75 years of Security Management, Policing and Military expertise and together with Matthew Jevons, the Company Secretary they make up the Management Team.

When Chris, Harry and Jake first met to discuss the shape of the Company it was decided almost immediately that Portcullis would be built upon two core principles; Trust and Confidence, we at Portcullis do not do anything unless it adds to the trust and confidence of our clients and staff, this simple philosophy is at the very heart of everything we do and it lead to the development of the Portcullis Pledge a 10 point promise of what you can expect from us.
